        Thank you for agreeing to participate in this study. Please remove all distractions for the duration of the study. If you have any
        questions or need assistance of any kind, please join the Zoom meeting provided to you via email.
        Others may be completing the study at a later time, so please do not discuss the study with anyone. During the study,
        you will not be able to go "back" to previous screens.

        <span style="font-weight: bold">Overview of Session</span>
    </p>
    <p>
        The session will consist of two stages. You have been randomly assigned to the role of either a Worker or a Manager, and
        you will be assigned to a team of multiple Workers and one Manager. You will remain in the same role, with the same team,
        throughout the entire session. The groupings are anonymous, and you will not be told who you are grouped with either
        during or after the session.

        Detailed information about the specific decisions made in each stage will be provided before each stage. At the end
        of each set of instructions, there will be a short quiz to ensure your understanding.
