1. Your assigned team consists of you and four Employees.
2. Employees' compensation for the study will be based on the points they earn during the task they complete.
{{ formfield 'kc2' }}3. Your (total) guaranteed compensation for completing this study is $11.00.
{{ formfield 'kc3' }}4. Employees can use points to increase their own total output and/or increase the total output of another Employee (or other Employees) of their choosing on the team.
{{ formfield 'kc4' }}5. The output generated per point used to increase the output of another Employee is randomly determined separately for any Employee who chooses to use points in this way.
{{ formfield 'kc5' }}6. If Employees choose to use points to increase the output of other Employees, the output generated by these points is guaranteed to be greater than the output that could be generated from the same points if used to increase the Employee’s own output instead.
{{ formfield 'kc6' }}7. You will be evaluating each Employee’s performance on a scale of 1-100.
{{ formfield 'kc7' }}8. The evaluations you complete will affect Employees' compensation for the study.
{{ formfield 'kc8' }}9. You will know whether or not each Employee used points to increase the total output of another Employee (or other Employees).
{{ formfield 'kc9' }}10. You will know each Employee’s total output, but will not know how much of that output was generated by points they used to increase their own total output as compared to how much of that output was generated by points others used to increase the Employee’s output on their behalf.
{{ formfield 'kc10' }}11. You will allocate a bonus pool of 400 points to the four Employees on your assigned team in any proportion you choose.
{{ formfield 'kc11' }}When finished, click "Submit" below. If you have correctly answered all questions, you will be taken to the next page to begin the practice period. If you have incorrectly answered any questions, you will have an opportunity to correct any errors.
