7. The performance evaluation rating your Manager assigns you will affect your compensation for the study.

8. Your Manager will know how many points you used to increase the total output of another Employee (or other Employees), as well as how many points were used by your teammates to increase your total output.

9. Your Manager will know your total output, but will not know how much of your output was generated by points you used to increase it, as compared to how much of your output was generated by points used by another Employee on your team for your benefit.

10. Your Manager will allocate a bonus pool of 400 points to you and the other three Employees on your team in any proportion they choose. This bonus will affect your compensation for the study.
