    <p>
        Thank you for your participation in this study. All the procedures used will be exactly as described in these
        instructions. The study should last approximately 45 minutes, including reading the instructions. Before
        beginning, please remove any distractions that may affect your ability to complete the study. Others may
        complete the study later, so please do not discuss the study with anyone. During the study, you cannot go
        "back" to previous screens but can refer to the printed version of these instructions as much as you like.

        This is a study on decision-making in an organizational setting. For your participation, you will receive
        the extra credit points communicated to you previously, as well as a $5.00 participation
        fee. You will earn additional compensation based on a task you complete during the study.
    </p>

    <p>
        As long as you complete all parts of the study, you will receive your extra credit and compensation,
        regardless of the decisions you make during the study. Additionally, your decisions will remain completely
        anonymous. We will not be able to relate your responses to you individually.

        Before completing your task, you will read instructions describing the task and your compensation for the
        task, and you will complete a brief quiz to check your understanding of the instructions. Following the task,
        you will complete a brief questionnaire.
