{{ block title }} Round 2 {{ endblock }} {{ block content }}
This is the second round. You will again solve ten tasks, and you are again paired with a randomly chosen other participant. Each pair has one active and one passive player. You are the passive player in your group. This means that your opponent will decide how you and her/himself will be paid for your performance in the tasks. She/He will decide between two payment schemes, competition and individual. The two schemes are as follows:
Individual scheme:
Under the individual incentives, both you and the other participant each receives US$5 for completing the 10 tasks, no matter how long it takes.
Competition scheme:
Under the competition scheme, you and the other participant are paid in the same way as in the first round. The faster player earns US$10 and the slower player earns nothing.
Your opponent as the active player will decide between two payment schemes for both her/himself and you. She/He will make this decision under 7 different conditions, which will be explained after the comprehension question on the next screen.
