Johnny Depp to testify over Amber Heard pooing on bed in sensational $50m trial

Johnny Depp is expected to take the stand on Tuesday as his bitter defamation lawsuit against ex-wife Amber Heard continues.

The 58-year-old Hollywood actor is suing Amber, 35, for $50 million, claiming she lied when writing about domestic violence as it insinuated it was about him.

Amber is countersuing for $100 million for defamation, saying Depp has coordinated a smear campaign against her.

When the Pirates of the Caribbean star testifies in the Virginia court, he is expected to speak about the moment which effectively ended their marriage - the infamous moment a poo was left on his side of the bed.

Johnny has claimed Amber or a friend of hers was responsible for defecating on the bed, with the hope he would jump into bed without seeing it.

Amber has insisted it was one of their Yorkshire terriers who was the culprit.

The incident happened allegedly happened on April 22, 2016, when Amber was having a birthday party for herself at their Los Angeles penthouse.

Johnny allegedly turned up late to the party and then decided not to stay, which he claims angered Amber.

She has claimed Johnny threw a magnum wine bottle at her before leaving.

Johnny claims the housekeeper phoned him the next morning to alert him of the poop and the actor has poured scorn over Amber's claims that it was the dogs, as he said that the poo was too big for a small terrier.

On Monday, the court heard about the brutal texts that Depp sent his private doctor about Amber.

Dr David Kipper said that Depp had messaged him to say Amber was 'as full of s*** as a Christmas goose' as the jury heard more details about the couple's relationship.

The doctor was asked about texts that the trial heard were sent by Depp on March 7, 2015, in which the actor tore into his ex-wife.

Johnny wrote: 'Hi f**k man had another one. I cannot live like this. She is as full of s*** as a Christmas Goose.'

He continued: 'I'm done. NO MORE!!!! Constant insults released from a malicious evil and vindictive c**t!!!!!

'You know what's far more hurtful than her venomous and degrading educational ranting???

'Her hideously and purposely hurtful tirades and her goddamn shocking treatment of the man she was meant to love above all.'

Depp's texts continued: 'Here's the real deal mate…her obsession with herself is far more important. She is so f***ing ambitious!!!!

'She's so desperate for success and fame. That's probably why I was acquired, mate. She has hammered me with what a sad old man has been I am.
