Prosecutors Down Under have slapped a summons on Amber Heard, wife of actor Johnny Depp, for allegedly sneaking their Yorkshire terriers into Australia on a private jet. Heard is the registered owner of the dogs. NBC’s Kelly Cobiella reports.July 16, 2015
