We've seen her face gracing the pages of magazines for over a year now, but an interview with Lily-Rose Depp is an altogether more rare occurance.

Speaking to Vogue Video shortly after her British Vogue cover was released, the 17-year-old gave her fans a glimpse of her off-screen personality as she candidly revealed what she carries in her handbag.

Unsurprisingly, the model pulled out some jewellery - albeit a Chanel ring that she was re-gifted by the brand after losing the first one she was given -, a bottle of perfume, headphones and chewing gum.

She is also a fan of 'lucky charms'. As well as carrying her 'lucky' Chanel ring, she never leaves home without a little toy from her childhood given to her by her mother.

Another seemingly regular item Lily carries in her bag is a pen, although her reason for doing so is somewhat less predictable.

'I heard once that you should always carry a pen in your bag because you can always use it as a weapon if you need to.'
