<p><b>Note: This page has a time limit. If you cannot focus on the study

<p><b>Purpose of the study</b></p>
<p>This study is conducted by researchers at the Universities of Vienna and
    Copenhagen. We aim to understand how people think, feel, and make judgments
    and decisions across different types of social situations, and how
    individual differences like personalities shape these processes.</p>

<p><b>Procedure</b></p>
<p>You will follow the instructions of an online program and make decisions
    accordingly. The estimated duration of this study has been indicated on
    the task that you accepted.</p>

<p><b>Potential risks</b></p>
<p>The study involves no known risks greater than those of ordinary daily life.</p>

<p><b>Potential benefits</b></p>
<p>This study aims to add to existing research in the fields of social psychology
    and behavioral science. We also hope that this study can provide you with an
    experience of participating in psychological research and possibly help you
    learn more about yourself, including your beliefs, evaluations, preferences,
    personalities, etc.</p>

<p><b>Compensation</b></p>
<p>Your compensation will be offered through the online platform. It will
    include a fixed participation fee (if you complete the entire study) and
    a bonus, the amount of which depends on your behaviors in the study.</p>

<p><b>Confidentiality</b></p>
<p>The data collected for the study will be shared with other researchers
    for research-only purposes after all personal identifiers are
    removed. Your responses will be anonymous in the dataset.</p>

<p><b>Participation and withdrawal</b></p>
<p>Your participation is voluntary. This means that you can choose to stop
    at any time without negative consequences other than affecting your
    compensation.</p>
