<ul>
    <li>You win the round by successfully biding for the higher score in stage two. However, in order to establish
        fairness against moral hazard in the game,</li><br />
    <center><u>an eligible winner has to at least make a minimal concerted
            effort in stage one to surpass a cut-off score of <b>40 percentile</b> of highest possible delight score.</u></center><br />
    <li>There can be multiple winners in a round and all eligible winners receive points rewards proportional to the delight score they
        choose.</li><br />
    <li>In each round, your reward points will be your delight score minus transaction cost you pay in the round. Your final
        points will be the sum of all the reward points in all the rounds you played. You will then receive <b>50c for every 10 reward points</b>.</li><br />

    <li>The <b>final reward cannot be negative.</b>i.e. You don't loose money for playing the game</li>
