Their mission is to help educators and instructional leaders provide students with a modern, equitable, and high-quality education. ASCD distributes core professional development insights through content such as their books, Educational Leadership (EL) magazine, blog posts, podcasts, webinars, and more.

       Among their other services, ASCD provides personalized professional learning services and conducts professional learning workshops. They have also developed the Witsby app, a mobile-optimized professional learning platform that aims to modernize how educators learn, lead, and thrive.
