Recall that Buyers earn points by bidding to “win” a share worth 50% of the asset’s final value.

Owners earn points based on the amount of the winning bid. That is, the winning bid for each asset is paid directly to the Owner. As a result, regardless of how much the assets are actually worth, Owners earn more points as Buyers make higher bids.

Owners also earn 5 points if their prediction is within a margin of error equivalent to the possible range for the Random Factor. In other words, if an Owner’s prediction is within 50 points of the actual change in the asset’s value (in either direction), then s/he will receive an additional 5 points.
