At the beginning of this stage, you will decide which transcription task (task 1 / task 2) your paired worker {{ group.employee_name }} will work on. As in Stage 3, there will be three rounds and each will last 60 seconds.
As before, you will receive {{ group.employee_name }}'s performance report at the end of each round. After reading the report, at the end of round 1 and 2, you will provide feedback to {{ group.employee_name }}. You will construct a feedback from a list of possible messages. Then, {{ group.employee_name }} will read the message. Apart from your feedback, {{ group.employee_name }} will not receive any report on performance until the end of stage 4.
If task 1 (transcribing 6 letters in each assignment) is assigned
For each assignment, {{ group.employee_name }} will receive 1 ECU for each letter {{ group.pronoun }} transcribed correctly. {{ group.employee_name }} will also receive a bonus of 10 ECUs if all six letters are transcribed “fully correctly”.
If task 2 (transcribing 8 blurred letters in each assignment) is assigned
For each assignment, {{ group.employee_name }} will receive 1 ECU for each letter {{ group.pronoun }} transcribed correctly. {{ group.employee_name }} will also receive a bonus of 24 ECUs if all eight letters are transcribed “fully correctly”.
Your payoff in each round will be the same as {{ group.employee_name }}'s payoff.
