At the beginning of this stage, as the manager, you will decide which type of transcription assignments (task 1 / task 2) the paired worker {{ group.employee_name }} will work on. As in Stage 3, there will be three rounds and each round will last for 60 seconds.
At the end of each round, you will receive a performance report for {{ group.employee_name }} for that round. The report will follow the same format as in Stage 3.
After reading the report, you will send feedback to {{ group.employee_name }} at the end of round 1 and round 2. You need to choose a feedback message from a list of available messages. Then, {{ group.employee_name }} will be given enough time to read the message.
Apart from your feedback, {{ group.employee_name }} will not receive any report on performance until the end of stage 4.
If task 1 (transcribing 6 letters in each assignment) is assigned
For each assignment, {{ group.employee_name }} will receive 1 ECU for each letter {{ group.pronoun }} transcribed correctly. {{ group.employee_name }} will also receive a bonus of 10 ECUs if {{ group.pronoun2 }} transcription is “fully correct”.
If task 2 (transcribing 8 blurred letters in each assignment) is assigned
For each assignment, {{ group.employee_name }} will receive 1 ECU for each letter {{ group.pronoun }} transcribed correctly. {{ group.employee_name }} will also receive a bonus of 24 ECUs if {{ group.pronoun2 }} transcription is “fully correct”.
Your payoff in each round is equivalent to the payoff earned by {{ group.employee_name }}.
