        Survey on fitness data reporting by MTurk participants (3 to 5 minutes)
        Have you ever used a mobile fitness app or wearable fitness device to record your sports activity? Do you usually perform some sports activities, such as walking and running? If yes, you are eligible for this survey.
        The survey aims at understanding the willingness of Amazon Mechanical Turk participants to report fitness-related data for future research purposes. It should only take about 3 to 5 minutes.
        After completion of the survey, you will receive a Validation code that must be entered back on the Mechanical Turk webpage to claim your compensation. You will be awarded [$0.02] for your time. Be assured that all answers provided will be strictly confidential. Your participation in the study is completely voluntary.
