If you want to utilize DStream the OS does not allow for a download so a Roku stick is required so may as well get a Roku TV. The picture quality is good an since most shows are not inn4k you can’t take advantage of that either. 1080p is sufficient. Why pay more for unused features????

The main difference I’ve noticed is that the start up is slower and requires more steps using the remote to select the source each time but it’s a minor issue. The problems are that it takes a long time to load menu or streaming apps and the wireless connection drops several times a day. This is very frustrating.  I had no problem with my prior tv in the same space.  Very disappointed in this TV.
