We scheduled our installation and checked 3 times because our installation date was July 4th. We were assured it would happed. I wasnt going to do it then but as far out as we would have to i agreed to July 4th even though it is a national holiday and our wedding anniversary and we had plans. Fast forward to the week before installation i get two calls confirming installation then on day 3 get a call to cancel installation on July 4th because it is a holiday. So much for our anniversary plans that couldnt be remade because everything was booked for July 4th.  We cannot match up dates that we are off at this point. I will be canceling my total tech membership and shopping elsewhere.

So, I spent a bit of time watching it as well and I'm actually surprised. I'd gladly buy another one again. Also, as far as features go, you'll really not be wanting in that regard either. That is, unless you're going for some super exquisite cinematic experience that costs over $10k.  So, it's a great overall TV for just about any need around the house.

13;1412;I think the picture quality is great. I went from a 55” to a 65” and I see this way better! From what I have read, this is a very good brand of TVs. I really couldn’t believe how much you can do on this tv. With some help, I was shown about some of the different things to do on it and how to do it. I’m way behind the times with all of this and am apprehensive at trying anything without help. Now I know just do things. The web os is supposed to be one of the best. My negatives would be about the remote for a few reasons. Since it doesn’t light up, with bad eyesight, it’s difficult to maneuver. I do know with more use it will become easier. I have to use two different remotes to watch via my cable provider ( have to use my auxiliary roku device) for most live shows I watch and what’s all inclusive with spectrum. I don’t think I asked the sales person about that. I remember asking his opinion on the two TVs I was looking at, tcl and this one. He said for a little more money he would purchase this one. I am getting used to which remote to use and for what but always have to use the brand remote for volume level. Overall I think a very good purchase.

21;90;When I purchased the TV I though it was alright. When I started watching movies on it I then noticed it was a bit better than I initially expected. It was not 60Hz, instead it was (if I have to guess) about 120Hz. The picture quality was more than decent, colors are great and sharp at 4K resolution. It was JUST a replacement I thought to myself and not my dream TV—but it is going to entertain me and my family for a few years more before getting that dream TV. For less then $400 I would recommend it. At the time of purchase it cost me about $380.
23;79;I bought this TV prior to the beginning of the NBA Finals and I wasn't disappointed with the picture.  Great picture and sound with a variety of very nice presets for various media.  It was also easy to pair and connect my Logitech bluetooth mouse and keyboard to it.  This is my first smart TV and while I was impressed with the picture and sound, the OS of the TV left much to be desired.  I would think navigating the various streaming apps would be simpler and faster.  I was mistaken.  The spinning circle gets a lot of airtime as the processor or software is slow.  While I easily connected the mouse and keyboard, using the WEB OS browser with a weak processor just increased my dizziness from watching it spin.  The wifi also disconnects intermittently even though the wireless router is in the same room.  Using the Firestick, Roku and Xfinity Flex streaming devices I never experienced as much wifi interruption or processor lag and I recently began using the Xfinity Flex streaming device to avoid sitting and watching it spin.  Perhaps the semiconductor supply chain issues affect the availability of better processors, or this model at this price point doesn't warrant that upgrade but it was unexpected.  I'll eventually run an ethernet cable to avoid the wifi issues but having to do that made the price point a little less attractive.  I considered attempting to troubleshoot with the brand, but I don't think there will be much they can do unless I send it back for warranty service and I have heard the horror stories about the brands warranty returns.  If not for the wifi and processor issues, I would be giving this a strong buy recommendation at this price point, but who wants to deal with technical deficiencies or defects out of the box especially when you are buying a very reputable brand?  So I would only recommend buying at this price point if you are not going to be using much of the smart part of this smart tv.

I was going to try one of those rent to own places until I saw the price difference between both the TV and the added finance charges that both offered. Now the rental outlet tried to boost the rental by adding on an XBox and making it a package deal then after I said I just want the TV they said we dont do that. Then said they did. You know the drill and it was much more expensive weekly without the Xbox. THEN they wanted references? Oh heck no. So after cruising a few rental sites I decided to just buy one outright. My last TV, a Roku cheapie lasted only a year so I had my eye set on a good name brand. This TV caught my eye but I just didn't have enough to buy it and pay rent at the same time. So I put it in the cart anyway just so I wouldnt lose it. Then when I went to see the total cost + Tax I was surprised to see a lease to own button so I clicked it and was approved. My weekly pmt is $20 and It was ready in an hour at my local store and I was able to drive home with a great TV AND pay my rent too. Thanks!

WebOS, even for a new 2022 model TV, is good but laggy on this particular display.

This is an average entry-level flat panel and there are much better choices out there. Personally, you can’t get a good TV of this size for less than $700-800 since you’re just giving up way too many features that are a necessity for a good viewing experience - main points being contrast, brightness, color and glare.

If I turn it on and select home to view all the apps, if it sits idle for more than 2 minutes it auto jumps to another input. 159;61;"I have installed high end home audio and video systems in existing and new construction.  This was my first time ""slumming"" it with a bargain TV.  

I replaced an 8 year old TV that was much more expensive. I can see the difference in build quality between the two but the performance of this ""entry level"" TV is head and shoulders above my old unit. The color saturation and contrast are greatly improved. The clarity while streaming is better as long as the bandwidth is there but it is really apparent that this TV does not cache streamed content.  I can cause image degradation by cranking up a large file transfer. My old set did not have this problem. 
 Off axis viewing is no longer an issue. 

They put a lot of effort into the guided setup process.  It's a very straight forward if not long process. If you aren't a tech forward person be patient and don't skip the process. Patience will save you a lot of frustration.

Other than the ghosting from a lack of caching, my only complaint is that the glare from my windows is more noticeable with this new TV. All in all, now that the TV is home, I would have a hard time justifying a more expensive TV.  It's much cheaper to use a streaming device with caching built in rather than popping for a much more expensive TV.

If you are looking for an immersive movie experience you will be disappointed with the range of the audio but for regular viewing it's fine.  Staying away from lower frequencies helped this set get LOUD.  The volume stays clear to a volume that requires earplugs.  Hearing impaired folks will not have a problem hearing shows.

I liked this TV so much I replaced the TV in our primary bedroom."

The shop will not do anything because it’s outside of the return window and we didn’t purchase the extended warranty. Contacted the brand directly for them to say they are trying to find someone to repair the brand new tv, but we are going on three weeks with no resolution. Apparently you have to test your TVs in store before leaving the store with your purchase to ensure it works otherwise you’re out hundreds of dollars. I also purchased a TV from another brand as well and have zero issues with that TV.
