        <p><strong>About the Experiment</strong></p>
        <p>
            This experiment aims to study how people make choices in charitable giving.
            You will be asked to make decisions in several questions.
            The experiment is estimated to last for approximately 30 minutes.
            Tasks are not designed to test your ability and there is no way for others to say that a choice is right or
            wrong. It is up to you to choose what you want in each question.
            Your choices will be recorded anonymously.

        <p><strong>Laboratory Rules</strong></p>
        <p>
            Please allocate 30 minutes of uninterrupted time to complete the experiment.
            Ensure mobile phones are muted throughout the experiment.
            The experiment will be conducted on the computer screen in front of you in a web browser.
            To avoid loss of data please do not refresh the web page and neither close the browser nor open a new
            tab/browser during the experiment.

        <p><strong>Payment</strong></p>
        <p>
            Upon completion of the experiment,
            you will be paid a fixed amount of £6.
            In addition to that, in each task, you can collect some tokens.
            Your total tokens will be converted to the currency in GBP.
            You can see the conversion rates in the instructions.
            Thus, the final payment depends on your choices during the experiment, in addition to the fixed amount.

        <p><strong>Consent </strong></p>
            <ul>
            <li> I confirm that I am a resident of the United Kingdom and I am at least 18 years old. </li>
            <li> I understand the scope of this project and am aware that in case of any concerns I may anonymously contact
            the researchers at any time through Prolific.</li>
            <li> I understand that I will be given the option to make charitable donations during the course of
            the online experiment and that I am under no obligation to make a contribution.</li>
            <li> I also understand that if I choose to make a contribution, the amount I have chosen will be given to the
            charity on my behalf by the University of Cambridge Judge Business School.</li>
            <li> I understand that I will receive a payment for participating in this online experiment even if I do not make
            a contribution to charity in the donation activity.</li>
            <li> I understand that I am free to withdraw at any time during the experiment without giving a reason, by
            closing the browser.</li>
            <li> I am aware that I will not receive a payment if I withdraw from the experiment.</li>
            <li> I understand that personal data will be stored initially on Heroku, a cloud platform, whose privacy policy
            is here:

            Once the survey is closed, all personally identifiable data will be moved to a secure server at
            Cambridge Judge Business School, accessible only by Cambridge Judge Business School IT staff and the research
            team.</li>
            <li> I agree that anonymised data may be used in publication of the results and shared with other academics, for
            research purposes.</li>
            <li> I understand that all efforts will be made to ensure I cannot be identified (except as may be required by
            law). However, I am aware that information in the public domain may make it possible to identify me.</li>
