<p><strong>General policy:</strong> In a coffee shop, an algorithm decides who should come into work when on an hourly basis based on the predicted number of customers at different times of the day.</p>

<p><strong>Specific scenario:</strong> Riley works in the coffee shop. One day the algorithm calls him in to work in the afternoon with a few hours notice based on the increasing customer numbers. </p>
