<b>Who is responsible for the study?</b>

<b>What is the purpose of the study?</b>
<p>
    The purpose of this study is to understand human behavior in economic contexts.
    We are interested in natural behavior.
    As standard in experimental economics, you will receive no details on the background of this research.
    All necessary information will be provided when needed.
</p>

<b>What happens with my data?</b>
<p>
    Researchers participating in this study work in accordance to the General Data Protection Regulation, the Law for Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, and the relevant Federal and State Data Protection Laws.
</p>

<p>
    Personal identifiers will be destroyed after compensating participants.
    Once data is anonymized, you cannot be identified.
    We will analyze the data aggregately.
    We will not be able to identify any individual participating in this study.
    We will not draw any conclusions about any specific person.
</p>

<p>
    Data will be stored with adequate safeguards, including file encryption, two-factor access verification, zero-standing access, virus scanning, ransomware detection, and version history.
    When the project is over, the anonymized database could be made available to other interested researchers.
</p>

<b>Which rights do I have?</b>
<p>
    You have the right to obtain information about the personal data stored about you.
    Should data be incorrect, you have the right to rectification.
    You have the right to request deletion of your data.
    You have the right to withdraw the consent given at any time.
</p>

<p>
    You can exercise your rights by making a request to the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) Data Protection Officer (proteccio.dades@uab.cat).
    To do so, you will need to attach a photocopy of your ID document and fill a request form.
    Request forms are available on the website of the UAB Data Protection Office (https://www.uab.cat/web/coneix-la-uab/itineraris/proteccio-de-dades/drets-de-les-persones-interessades-1345764799916.html).
    You will receive a written response within the legal time limit, stating what action has been taken.

    You have rights over data associated with yourself.
    Petitions about your data are possible before anonymization.
    Once the data is anonymized, your data cannot be matched with your identity any longer.
</p>

<b>Declaration of Consent</b>
<p>
    I declare I have been informed about the purpose of the study and the use of my data.
    I hereby consent to the processing of my data for the purpose of this study.
    This consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time, without affecting prior processing.
    This consent will be safely stored by the researchers and will be destroyed five years after the end of the project.
    I confirm my understanding and agreement to the terms outlined above.
