<p>Thank you for agreeing to participate in this experiment. This experiment will end once all participants have completed entering their responses - once the experiment has ended, bonus payments will be distributed.</p>

<p>This experiment has three stages and the instructions for all participants are the same. At the beginning of each stage, you will receive instructions indicating what you will be asked to do. The instructions for the first stage are given in the next page.</p>
