Welcome!
We warmly welcome you to the experiment. Please read the following instructions carefully.
In this experiment you will be asked to make decisions which will affect your final earnings. While you are engaged in the experiment, you are not allowed to communicate with other people, use cell phones, or run other programs on the computer. If we notice that you are violating these rules, we will unfortunately have to exclude you from the experiment and all its pay-outs.

carla.mirabella@econ.lmu.de
What is the purpose of the study?
The purpose of the study is to investigate economic behavior.
What happens to my data?
All participating staff and researchers naturally work in accordance with the provisions of the German General Data
Protection Regulation, the Federal Data Protection Act and the relevant state data protection laws.
We collaborate with other researchers, institutes and laboratories in the EU for the project. These are also obliged
to comply with data protection. Your data is collected anonymously and then statistically analyzed. No conclusions
can subsequently be drawn about you from the results. We cooperate with other partners, universities and
laboratories for the study. These likewise only receive anonymous data that do not allow any conclusions to be drawn
about you personally.
The data is collected in the context of a research project on economic behavior. Once the project is finished, an
academic research paper will be published in a scientific journal and the dataset will be made available to other
researchers. Until then, the data will be stored on an external server for at least 10 years. Compliance with data
protection is guaranteed at every step of the process.
What rights do I have?
