In this experiment there are two people: a Proposer and a Receiver. The Proposer is endowed with a certain amount of money, 10€. He can decide to divide this amount in the way he prefers (he keeps 10, the other receives 0. He keeps 5 and the other receives 5 etc...). The receiver can decide wheter he wants to accept or refuse.
If he accepts, the proposed division will be put in place. If he rejects the offer, both agents get 0. So, careful if you are a Proposer: unfair proposals can be risky!
In the next section you will answer some questions about you. Then, you will be drawn as Proposer or Receiver. Finally, you will be able to propose/receive a proposal. Remember, we will draw some of you that will receive the amount of money won in the game. Good luck and thank you for your participation!
