    Your goal is to select a price for your property on a short-term rental platform similar to Airbnb to maximize your profit. 
    Pricing is a delicate balancing act. Potential guests may seek alternatives if you set the price too high, 
    but if it's too low, you might not achieve the profit you are aiming for.
