    Pricing Details:
    <ul style="font-size: 20px;">
        <li> Considering the available data, you aim to make the best pricing decisions 
    for your short-term rental listing.</li>
    <li>You'll be competing with other neighbors in renting their listings.</li> 
    <li>You will set price for 14 days of the year.</li> 
    <li>You will price one day at a time.</li>
    <li>Each time, your property
    and your neighbors are the same. The only change is the time of the year you are listing your property.</li>
    <li>Because of this shift in time, the demand for the place might change.</li>

    Payment: 
    <ul style="font-size: 20px;">
    <li>Your payment depends on how well you perform on this experiment. </li>
    <li>You will be pricing for 14 days.</li>
    <li>At the end of the game we select one day at random and if for this day your 
     listing was booked you will get an additional payment.</li> 
    <li>Please note that since a
      random day is selected it is important that you do your best for every single day.</li>
