Hello and welcome to our Housing Pricing Behavior Experiment!
We're a group of researchers studying how people price housing listings. In this experiment, we'll ask you a series of questions about how you would set the price for a housing listing, based on the information given.
On the next page, you will hear an imaginary situation where you can imagine placing your property on the market and selecting a price for it. Your participation is highly appreciated and will help us better understand how individuals approach pricing housing listings.
