<p style="font-size: 20px;">You are invited to participate in research being conducted by Rozhina Ghanavi 
    and Dr. Mohsen Foroughifar,
    who are researchers at the University of Toronto Rotman School of Management. 
    This research is being supervised by Professors Ryan Webb and Avi Goldfarb.
    Your participation in this study is voluntary, and you may refuse to participate or withdraw from the study, 
    at any time, without penalty.

<p style="font-size: 20px;">
    This study should take about 45 minutes. 
    You will receive course credit for participating in this experiment. 
    The goal of this study is to understand individuals' pricing decisions. 
    You will see rental listing similar to Airbnb and price a listing in multiple rounds.</p>    

<p style="font-size: 20px;">
    The responses that you provide in this study will be completely anonymous (i.e., your name will not be 
    associated with your responses in any way). Thus, no one will be able to identify you based on your responses
     in any presentations or publications that may result from this study. The responses that you provide will be
      kept on a password protected computer that is accessible only to the principle investigator, and the 
      data will be kept for seven years and then destroyed.
