<h2>Welcome to the Study</h2>

<p>
    Thank you for participating in this study on decision-making.
    You will complete a series of tasks involving adding sets of two-digit numbers.
</p>

<h3>Overview</h3>
<ul>
    <li>There are <strong>four tasks</strong> in total, each lasting up to 5 minutes.</li>
    <li>At the end of the study, <strong>one task will be randomly selected</strong> to determine your payment.</li>
    <li>You will receive a <strong>$5.00 show-up fee</strong> plus a <strong>$7.00 completion fee</strong>,
        in addition to your task earnings.</li>
    <li>You will also have the opportunity to earn a bonus by correctly guessing your relative performance.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Groups</h3>
<p>
    You will be matched with three other participants (2 men and 2 women) for the duration of the study.
    You will not be told which participant is which.
</p>

<h3>Important Rules</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Do <strong>not</strong> use a calculator.</li>
    <li>Do <strong>not</strong> use any external aids.</li>
    <li>Once a task has ended, you cannot go back.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Consent</h3>
<p>
    This study is conducted for academic research purposes. Your participation is voluntary.
    All data will be anonymized and used only for research. You may withdraw at any time,
    but will only receive payment if you complete the study.
</p>
