In the third part of the survey, we will ask you some questions regarding your beliefs of having breast cancer from now to 5 years from now and from now to 50 years from now . We would also like to ask you some questions regarding how you evaluate getting a mammogram. We ask that you provide your best guesses.
For the remaining part of the survey, we will ask questions that require you to respond by using sliders. Therefore, we would like you to get some practice using sliders first before proceeding.
