        <p>

            You are the <strong>Instructor</strong> in this round. You will receive an
            initial payoff based on your performance in the transcription (copy) task by
            the same standard facing the Student.
        </p>
        <p>
            If the <strong>Student</strong> whom you pair with decides to accept his/her
            initial grade, the game concludes and you receive the initial payoff for
            this round of the game. You DON'T have to do anything in this case
        </p>
        <p>
            However, if the <strong>Student</strong> requests
            you to change the grade, you may choose one of the following option:
        </p>
        <p>
            Increase: will move up the Student's grade
            the grade,
        </p>
        <p>
            decrease the grade, or
        </p>
        <p>

            do not change the grade. If you decide to
            change the grade for the student (include both increase and decrease), you
            will lose 5 dollars from your initial payoff. If you decide not to change
            the grade, your payoff remains unchanged.
