Reminder: You start with 100 tokens each round. If heavy snow occurs, you get back DOUBLE what you spent. If no heavy snow occurs, you lose what you spent. In either case, tokens not spent on plows are kept and added to the token total at the end of the round.

How this scenario works: You start with 200 tokens each round. If heavy rains occurs, you receive the half the amount you spent on protecting the site back in savings from reduced delays, and unspent tokens are lost. If heavy rain doesn't occur, you lose any money spent in protecting the site, and retain any unspent tokens.
