                    Please generate an <strong>unique identification code</strong>. You will need this code later in the laboratory session. The code will be used to match the data from the online part and the laboratory part of the experiment. The code is also <strong>important to calculate your payoff</strong> from online part of the experiment.
                </p>
                <p>
                    To generate your code, please combine the following information:
                </p>
                <ol>
                    <li>the last three digits of your phone number;</li>
                    <li>your mother's first name (all <strong>lowercase</strong> characters and without special characters); and</li>
                    <li>the number of the day of your birthdate.</li>
                </ol>
                <h6>Example:</h6>
                <p>
                    Suppose that your phone number would end with &ldquo;627&rdquo;, your mother's first name is &ldquo;B&aacute;ra&rdquo;, and you are born on 6 December 2002. Then your individual identification code would be: <code>627bara6</code>.</p>
