{{ block title }} Donation decision {{ endblock }} {{ block content }}

As part of this study, all participants are entered into a $100 lottery. Everyone who completes the survey has an equal chance of winning. You will be asked whether you would like to donate a percentage of your potential winnings to a charity that supports immigrants and refugees. This decision reflects your intention to donate and must be made before you know whether you’ve won. If you are selected as the winner, the amount you chose to donate will be deducted from your $100 prize and sent to your chosen charity.

For example:

If you decide to donate $30 and end up winning the lottery, $30 will be donated to your selected charity, and you will receive the remaining $70.
