    In the next part, you will play a game with 99 other participants
    (there are 100 players in this game, including you).<br>
    The other participants might not play the game at the same time
    as you do, so you will not have to wait for others.<br>
    Rest assured that the other players are other participants on
    Prolific. We never deceive participants in our instructions or invent
    participants who do not exist.
    We will determine the results of the game, after we have
    collected the responses of all players.

  <p>The game lasts 25 rounds.</p>

    <p>
      In each round you will make one decision. Your decisions will affect your own bonus payment
      and can affect other players’ bonus payments.
    </p>

    <p>
      Every player has a color, either <span class="green-word">green</span> or <span class="red-word">red</span>.
      You and every other player all start as <span class="green-word">green</span> players.
    </p>

      Some players may change from <span class="green-word">green</span> to <span class="red-word">red</span>
      in the course of the game (we explain below how this can happen).
      Once a player has changed to <span class="red-word">red</span>, they stay <span class="red-word">red</span>
      for the remainder of the game. It is not possible to change back to <span class="green-word">green</span>.

    <p>
      Like all the other players, you will only know your color at the beginning of the game.
      Once the game has started, and throughout the game, nobody will know their own color,
      nor will they know any other player’s color.
    </p>

    <p>In the course of the game, you will earn points.</p>

    <p>
      At the end of the game, <span class="green-word">green</span> players will receive a bonus payment
      based on the number of points they have earned across all rounds.
      Each point is worth a fixed amount of bonus money for a <span class="green-word">green</span> player.

    <p>
      In contrast, <span class="red-word">red</span> players will NOT receive a bonus payment for this game.
      Their points are not converted into money at the end of the game.
