In this part, you will be shown a historical price chart of a stock. Your task is to decide whether you want to buy or short sell the stock.

The price chart shows historical prices of a stock for 180 days. The stock is a real stock listed on Nasdaq stock exchange. The graph is scaled in such a way that the price of the stock on day 180 is 100 points. You are endowed with 100 points, but your earnings depend on your decision and the stock price on day 240. Your task is to decide whether to buy or short sell the stock on day 180 at 100 points.

As previously mentioned, at the end of the experiment the computer will randomly select only one part. If this part is selected, you will be paid as follows:
