Part 1 and 2 (Experiment II)

<p>
    This is the instructions for Part 1 and Part 2. Part 1 is a "Luck Game" in which each participant just clicks the "LUCK BUTTON"
    to earn an endowment of 8.0 points or 2.0 points. <strong>You have a 50% chance of gaining 8.0 points otherwise gaining 2.0 points.</strong>
</p>
<p>
    After receiving an endowment in Part 1, all participants will proceed to Part 2. In Part 2, all participants will be randomly and anonymously assigned
    to groups of two. Both of them will be randomly assigned to the roles of either the Proposer or Responder in the group. The proposer is tasked with making the decision to distribute the total earned points (the sum of both-side points) from Part 1
    between himself/herself and the other participant (Responder). Then, the Responder makes a response of "Accept" or "Reject" to the Proposer's offer.
    If the Responder <strong>accepts</strong> the offer, then the Part 2 profits of the Proposer and the Responder will be distributed based on the <strong>accepted proposal</strong>.
    Profits of <strong>both</strong> participants will be <strong>zero</strong> if the Responder <strong>rejects</strong> the offer.
