 <b> This is a consent form for research participation.</b>
    It contains important information about this study and what to expect if you decide to participate.<br>
<b>Your participation is voluntary.</b>Please consider the information carefully.
    If you decide to participate, you will be asked to consent to this form.
    <br>
<b>Purpose:</b> The object of this session is to create a CV, as the first part of the study.<br>
    <b>Procedures/Tasks:</b> First, you will be asked to provide some demographic information such as your hometown, high school activities, and program skills information.<br>
    After that, you will have three tasks. You will solve math problems or make a decision in an economic situation in each task.<br>
    <b>Duration:</b> Tasks will last approximately 10 minutes. <br>
You may leave the study at any time.  If you decide to stop participating in the study,
    there will be no penalty to you,
    and you will not lose any benefits to which you are otherwise entitled.<br>
    <b>Risks and Benefits: </b> Your answer will be used for the second part of the study.
    A portion of your demographic information will be provided to the second part participants, while your identity will remain anonymous. <br>
    Also, you will have a chance to get an additional payment based on the second part of the study.<br>
    There are no foreseeable risks to you from your participation in this experiment.
    The primary benefit of the study will be to advance our understanding of decision-making processes.<br>
