In this experiment, you will be asked to choose between money and chocolates. There are 3 sections of tasks. In the first section,you will be asked to choose between money and chocolates. In the second section, you will be asked to choose between different combinations of money and chocolates. The third section contains some arithmetic questions. Section 3 is required but your results will not impact your final payment. There are 10 tasks in total: 4 tasks in section 1, 5 tasks in section 2 and 1 task in section 3. One of your 9 tasks on the first two section, which has been determined randomly, has been selected for payment. Since you do not know which task is selected for payment, you should choose for each task as if it were the one chosen for payment. At the end of the experiment, we will reveal to you the task chosen for payment.

Your payment is therefore contains some money and some chocolates. The chocolates are from a fine swiss chocolate store: Läderach – chocolatier suisse. Founded in 1962, the family company has around 1,300 employees from 47 countries and is headquartered in the canton of Glarus in Switzerland. Läderach monitors the entire production process from the cocoa bean all the way to the shop counter, and manufactures its products exclusively in Switzerland. The company is thus one of the few premium producers that can guarantee sustainable quality from the cocoa bean to the end product. They produce a wide ranges of different chocolates. In this experiment, we use their new products,Tartufi, as shown in the graph below. It is a combination of swiss chocolate and Italian flavors.
