<p>Please, create an experimental ID so that we can check that you completed the study and what your additional payment
    is. We will not collect any identifying information during this study so this ID will be the only way we will have
    to link your choices to you.</p>

<p>So that you do not need to rely on memory to receive your payment, we are providing instructions about how to build
    an ID that you will be able to recreate when you collect your payment.</p>

<p>You should follow these instructions to build your ID.
<ul>
    <li>The first two characters will be your day of birth.</li>
    <li>The following three characters would be the first three letters of the street where you live</li>
    <li>The following four characters would be the last four digits of your phone number </li>
    <li>The following two characters will be the last two digits of your student number.</li>
</ul></p>

<p>For example, imagine
    <ul>
        <li>someone born on the 3rd of February: 03</li>
<li>who lives on Leicester Street: LEI</li>
<li>whose phone number is 0778 087 2201: 2201</li>
<li>whose student number is 2112345: 45</li>
<li>Their experimental ID would be “03LEI220145”.</li>
</ul></p>

<p>If your street name is shorter than three characters, you do not have a phone number, or you are not a student,
    please use “X” to substitute the missing characters.</p>
