In this part of the study, you will answer 57 ????? questions where you will have to choose one out of two options.

Some options will offer you an object for certain. If you had chosen this option in the question that was randomly selected for payment, you would receive that object as additional payment.

Some options will offer you a chance of receiving an object and a chance of receiving nothing. If you had chosen this option in the question that was randomly selected for payment, it would be a matter of chance whether your additional payment would be the object offered in the option or whether you would get no additional reward.

All options will come with a grid of 100 tiles (10 rows with 10 tiles each) like the one below.

The tiles represent the chances you have of receiving the object (green) or nothing (grey) as your additional payment. You can think of the grid as a raffle with 100 tickets, numbered 1 to 100.

The tickets would be in an opaque bag and you would pick one without looking. In the case above:
