<p>Each participant in today's study will be part of a <b>two-person firm.</b> Each firm consists of a manager and an employee. The <i>employee</i> reports to the <i>manager</i> of the firm. You and another participant will be assigned to play these two roles. The assignment to the firms and to the roles will be random. Roles will remain the same for the entire study. 
    Participants will never know the identity of each other.</p>
