You will be playing a public goods game with the other {{session.num_participants}} students in the section. Half of you will be assigned to a team called the "Sharks" and the other half will be assigned to a team called the "Jets".

You will start with an endowment of {{Constants.endowment}} points. You can keep the 10 points, or contribute any number of them to a competition against the other team.

The team whose members contribute the most points win any points that were not contributed by the other team.

For example, suppose the Jets have 50 points total endowment and the members of the Jets contribute 20 total points to competition with the Sharks. If the Sharks win, the Sharks capture the remaining 30 points from the Jets. These points will be divided evenly to all members of the Sharks. All members of the Jets will be left with a payoff of zero since the Sharks took whatever was left of their endowment.

If both teams contribute the same number of points, all players from both teams keep whatever they did not contribute and neither team wins any additional points from the other side.

Now is the time to ask any questions about the game before clicking the next botton.
