You can see below the encryption key with the letter-number correspondence for some of the letters that will appear in the task.

Please note the following important points before starting the task:

  • Throughout the whole study, this encryption key will remain the same.
  • If, during the task, you encounter letters for which you don't know the corresponding number, you can try to learn it by inserting a number from 0 to 9. After each task, you will be provided with a feedback. Feedback is given on one unknown letter at a time. Hence, if the task includes two unknown letters, you will have to learn one before getting feedback on the second.
  • The key displayed below won't be displayed during the task, thus you should either memorize it or write it down before starting.

More precisely, your remuneration consists of a fixed wage of £ 2.50, and a variable bonus based on how many letter series you can correctly encrypt.
