This is the last page of the experiment. You will make one final decision. Based on the outcome, additional money may be added to your final payment.     
</p>

<p>
There are 5 options presented on this screen. Each option offers two possibilities with two US dollar amounts that we call Outcome "C" and "D" in the table. Each amount has an equal chance of being chosen.     
</p>

<p>
For example, consider choice #2. If you select choice #2, then the computer will flip one more coin. It is equally likely that you would receive an additional payment of $3 or of $1.50.    
</p>

<p>
If you select choice #1, then there is no uncertainty. You will receive an extra $2. 
</p>
<p>
    The highest possible amount to earn from this decision is $6. If you select choice #5, then you will either earn $6 or nothing. 
</p>


Select the option that you prefer most from choice #1 to choice #5. You will learn your final earnings from the experiment on the next page.
