<p>For the second part of the task, you will revisit the four cities you just examined. 
    Your objective is the same as in the first part: to invest in the a busy restaurant in a city. 
</p>
<p>The population size and number of restaurants of each city is also the same. 
    However, we have re-arranged the placement of the restaurants so you cannot identify your previous choice.
    Therefore, you will have to observe the customers count again to find your previous choice or a busier restaurant. 
</p>
<p>The bonus you receive will depend on the <b>average customer count</b> of the restaurant you invested in.</p>
