    Thank you for participating in today’s experiment.
    The experiment will last for approximately 60 minutes.
    Please read the following experimental procedures carefully.
    It is important that you understand all the instructions to make informed decisions.
    All of the procedures used will be exactly as they are described in these instructions.

    In this experiment, participants will assume the role of either a manager or a worker.
    Participants will originally work in groups of three: one manager and two workers.
    You will find out your role after going through the instructions.
    Given that you do not know your role at the moment,
    it is important for you to read the instructions for both roles carefully.</p>
<p>
    The experiment has three rounds.
    Your earnings from this experiment will be based on the decisions made in each round,
    plus a $5 guaranteed participation fee.
    Your earnings will be calculated in “Lira” during the experiment and will be
    converted into dollars at the rate of 1000 Lira = $1.
</p>
