    <b><u>Procedures</u></b><br>
You are being asked to take part in a research study.
    If you decide to take part, you will be asked to assume the role of a manager in a company and prepare budget
    reports for upper level-management. You will then be asked to complete a short questionnaire.

This study will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.
<br><br>
    <b><u>Compensation</u></b><br>
For your participation, you will receive a fixed amount of $1.00 plus any additional amount that is dependent
    on your decisions in the task.
<br><br>
    <b><u>Voluntary Participation and Withdrawal</u></b><br>
You do not have to be in this study. You may stop participating at any time.
