As part of your promotion, you are now assigned to a group of Level A workers that consists of you and the two individuals who were originally assigned to the Level A worker position after the Placement Period.

As in prior periods, at the end of each work period, you will be provided feedback on your performance. Specifically, a message will appear on the computer that tells you the total number of math problems that you have solved correctly in the period.

In addition to receiving feedback on your own performance in each remaining period, you will also receive feedback comparing your performance with that of the other two Level A workers in your group. Specifically, you will be given your current period performance rank ranging from #1 (highest) to #3 (lowest). Your performance rank in each period is calculated based on the number of advanced math problems you have correctly solved in that period.

All Level A workers in your group will receive the same information. Thus, all three Level A workers will know how their performance (as well as how everyone else’s performance) compares to the other Level A workers. In other words, you will see where you rank among the other Level A workers in your group, and the other Level A workers in your group will see where you rank among them.

For example, you may see the following:

“You answered 8 questions correctly. Below is the performance rank of the members in your group based on questions answered correctly.”

1 - Cairo L.
2 - {{ name }}
3 - Lashawn T.

Performance rank ranges from 1 (the highest) to 3 (the lowest).
