As part of your promotion, you are now assigned to a group of Level A workers that consists of you
and the two individuals who were originally assigned to the Level A worker position after the Placement
Period.
As in prior periods, at the end of each work period, you will be provided feedback on your performance.
Specifically, a message will appear on the computer that tells you the total number of math problems
that you have solved correctly in the period.
In addition to receiving feedback on your own performance in each remaining period, you will also receive
feedback comparing your performance with that of the other two Level A workers in your group.
Specifically, you will be given your current period performance rank ranging from #1 (highest) to #3
(lowest). Your performance rank in each period is calculated based on the number of advanced math problems
you have correctly solved in that period.
You will only be provided information on your performance rank and not on the rank of the other two
higher-level workers in your group. Similarly, no other higher-level worker will know how your performance
compares to the rest of the higher-level workers. In other words, you will see where you rank among the
higher-level workers in your group, but the other higher-level workers in your group will not be able to
see where you rank among them.
For example, you may see the following:
“You answered 8 questions correctly. The following table shows your performance rank in your group based
on questions answered correctly.”
