<p>Note, independent contractors value the ability to and the experience of performing the decoding task. As a result,
    the worker who was chosen to complete <strong><u>both</u></strong> the slider task and the additional decoding
    task in Round Two is considered <strong><u>desirable</u></strong> as an independent contractor and will receive a
    <strong><u>better</u></strong> outside offer (i.e., higher pay) because of their experience on the task.</p><br><br>
